With large experience and knowledge in leather finishing, I can say if good or no for the special sample or shoe, mix colors on the shoe, make color corrections, approve or not the production lots.
I’m feel comfortable about all chemical that use in shoe segment, like glue, the correct adhesive for any step and all test that we must need make (SATRA), I have many chemical courses in the chemical factories in Brazil.
For production I can find the problems and solve before start production, the correct position for the machinery, the correct time between workers, can measure and improve the correct temperature and humidity at the machines and I can use any machine and teach the operator to do the correct job.
I’m a paper pattern professional and I can improve the shoe lines (prototype), make the corrections and follow the next step (full size).
My knowledge about shoe can measure by the shoes systems that I know, more than 75 different systems to make shoes (boots, sandals, etc), Goodyear system, California system, vulcanize system, baby system, etc……….., more many different types of shoes and boots, like safety boots, dress shoes, country boots, casual shoes, etc……..
I can training workers on all process of shoe development, production or out, control all technical dept. and the QC’s, leather people, technical dept.
